Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in Spain. Spain: €3.95, free on orders of €30 or more. European Union: €8.99. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason. In addition, we accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery, refunded to your original payment method.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened or used after delivery cannot be returned.
To start a return, email info@iknowyoucarelab.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
