1. Seller

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made at www.iknowyoucarelab.com from Tarık Yunusoğlu (autónomo), trading as I KNOW YOU CARE LAB, Carrer dels Cavallers 73, 1-2, 08034 Barcelona, Spain, info@iknowyoucarelab.com. Full identification details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Products

We sell cosmetics, personal care and home fragrance products. Each product page shows the main characteristics, size, full ingredient list (INCI), directions and warnings. Images are for guidance.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT (IVA). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. The applicable price is the one displayed when you place the order.

4. Ordering

Add products to your cart, enter your details and choose a shipping and payment method. Before paying you can review and correct your order. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. The ordering process is available in Spanish and English, and we keep an electronic record of each order.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example bank cards and Shop Pay, and bank transfer where available). Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the payment has been received.

6. Shipping

Destinations, costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which includes the model withdrawal form. Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.

8. Legal guarantee

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as provided by law.

9. Use of the products

Use the products as directed on the label and on the product page. Keep out of reach of children. Room & linen sprays are flammable.

10. Customer service and complaints

For questions, complaints or claims, write to info@iknowyoucarelab.com. We reply within 1–2 business days. Official complaint forms are available on request.
