Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to info@iknowyoucarelab.com before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Extended returns (30 days)

In addition, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery.

Exceptions

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.

How to return

Email us your order number and we will send you the return address. Send the products back within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, you bear the direct cost of returning it.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs.
